Terms of service

Plain terms for a service that moves your email. Last updated: DRAFT — not yet published.

What the service does

MailMoove copies email from one mailbox to another and gives you a report accounting for every message: moved, or explained. You tell us which mailboxes to connect, you authorise the access, and we perform the copy.

Nothing is deleted from your old mailbox

A migration is a copy, not a move. We never delete, alter, or empty your source mailbox. If you are unhappy with the result, your original mail is exactly where it was — this is what makes the migration reversible, and it is a design guarantee, not a policy we could quietly change.

What we ask of you

What we promise

What we cannot promise

We depend on Google, Microsoft and your other mail providers. If a provider limits, suspends, or changes access to a mailbox, a migration may slow down or stop. When that happens we tell you what happened and where the migration stands, rather than failing silently.

Some messages genuinely cannot be transferred — a message larger than the destination will accept, or one whose format the destination rejects. These appear in your report as explained exceptions, with the reason.

Payment and cancellation

Migrations are charged once, up front, at the price shown before you confirm. You can cancel before the migration starts for a full refund.

Ending your use of the service

You can revoke our access to any mailbox at any time from your provider's security settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and reports at any time. See the privacy policy for how to do that and what happens to your data.
