Questions
How do I know the price before I pay?
Connect a mailbox and run a free preflight scan. It shows exactly how many messages and how much data will move, and the price is calculated from that — no surprises, no charge to look.
What does "verified" mean?
After moving your mail we check each message against the original, byte for byte, and give you a certificate. Anything that cannot be matched is explained, not hidden.
What happens to my old mailbox?
Nothing. We only read from it. Everything stays exactly where it was, so you can go back at any time.
What is switch-over care?
If you keep the same email address and change providers, we mirror your mail across the switch so nothing is missed. It is included for 30 days; after that it is about $12/month until you finish your switch — which stops the fee.
