See what is there — free
We count every message and folder, then move three real emails so you can watch them arrive. You see exactly what would move, and exactly what it costs, before you pay anything.

We do the heavy lifting
Your email is copied into its new home. We only ever read from your old mailbox — nothing there is deleted, moved or reorganised.
Step 4
Get your proof
Every copied message is checked against the original and you get a completion report. Anything that could not be copied is named and explained, not quietly dropped.

Every email accounted for
Most tools that move email tell you when the copying stopped. That is not the same as telling you everything arrived.
MailMoove checks each copied message against the original — headers, body and attachments — and finishes with a completion report. Messages that could not be copied are listed with the reason. The number that has to be zero is the one labelled unexplained.

Common questions about moving and backing up email
What is email migration?
Copying your existing messages and folders out of one email provider and into another. It lets you change providers without abandoning the email history sitting in your old inbox.
Can I keep the same email address?
If your address is on your own domain, usually yes — you keep the address and change the provider behind it. That is the harder kind of move, so we run it as a switch-over: new mail is mirrored into both places while you point your domain at the new provider, and you tell us when the switch is finished. It is a paid add-on on top of the migration.
Will anything be deleted from my old inbox?
No. We only read from it. Nothing is deleted, moved or reorganised there, so you can go back to it at any point.
Can I back up my email without changing providers?
Yes. Email Vault keeps an encrypted copy of a mailbox on a daily or weekly schedule while you carry on using that mailbox exactly as before.
Can I back up only certain emails?
Yes. A Vault backup can be limited to chosen folders, chosen senders, messages above a minimum size, or mail since a date you pick.
Can I back up more than one mailbox?
Yes. You can connect several mailboxes to one vault.
Can I get email back out of the Vault?
Yes. You can restore a single message or a whole snapshot into a connected mailbox. Restored mail always lands in a new dated folder, so it never overwrites or merges into what is already there.
What happens to my mailbox password?
It is never written to our database. For a migration it is held in temporary storage and deleted automatically within hours. For a Vault backup we keep it encrypted, because a scheduled backup has to sign in on its own — disconnect the mailbox and it is deleted immediately.
How much does it cost?
A migration is priced per job, and the free check tells you your exact price before you pay anything. Email Vault is not billed yet — we have not published its pricing.
